Declan Pape was voted in as Chair of the Northwestern PA Area Labor Federation on September 24, 2025. Declan is the President of IBEW 712 and has been a trustee and part of the NWPA ALF Executive Board for many years. Congratulations Declan! We are looking forward to working with you!
