Federal unions—and all unions—are under attack.

In March, the Trump administration took its most blatantly anti-worker, anti-union action yet: an executive order stripping the right to organize from hundreds of thousands of federal workers at more than 30 agencies.

Now representatives in Congress have introduced the bipartisan Protect America’s Workforce Act, which would overturn Trump’s executive order.

We are asking every single American who cares about the fundamental freedom of all workers to join a union to call their member of Congress right now.

11th & State Street,  Erie, PA 16501

On Monday, September 3rd we ask all of organized labor and labor friendly community organizations to join us as we take to the streets and show labor is alive in well in NWPA. Rally your members, families and guests, decorate a wagon to pull down the street with your candy or build a float, shine up those vehicles the children love to see, and help us make this parade a success. Remember to wear your logos, bring your banners and flags, sound out with your chants, carry your signs with your accomplishments and issues. Our Union printers are offering discounts on signs, flags, banners, shirts and more, just let them know the order is for the Labor Day Parade. Join us and meet members of other organized labor groups and learn you are not alone, see a real visual of our strength when we join together in Solidarity. The event is FREE! The parade route is less than 1 mile long and on flat terrain. See you there!Co-sponsors of this event include:IUOE 66HighmarkCAT TV Channel 2Clearfield-Elk-Cameron-Jefferson CLCAWIU Local 2Indiana-Armstrong CLCIUPAT DC 57USW 1917IAFF 293
